Office Staff

Karla Jensen 





Karla started Helping Hands Home Health in 1997 with the support of her family and friends. She grew up in Pocatello Idaho, gradutating from Highland and attended IS. Karla and her husband have been married for 47 years having 5 children and 19 grandchildren. Karla enjoys many hobbies including sewing, crafting, jewlery making and rocks collecting.  

Chrissy Morrison, RN

Clinical Manager


Chrissy is a knowledgeable and caring nurse. She started working with Helping Hands 2 years ago and lends her compassion for professional care to our team. Chrissy has been a nurse for many years and was inspired to go into nursing from her mother who is also a nurse. Chrissy and her husband have 3 beautiful children that keep her busy and are a source of great joy to her.  

John Grover, RN

Quality Assurance


John has been an RN for many years and we are excited to have him as our new RN for our Quality Assurance. 

Denise Dustine 



Denise is new to our company and we are excited to have her working for us. She will be working in our billing. Denise recently graduated from ISU with a Bachelor's of Health Science and is currently pursuing a Master's of Public Health. Her and her sweetheart have been married for 20 years and have 7 children, Denise's hobbies include spending time with her family, reading, crocheting, cross-stitching, sewing, and collecting Cherished Teddies figurines.   

Jodee Kirkman

Office Assistant, Data Entry Processor


Jodee has started working in our office this past year and she has been a joy to work with. She has many hobbies and activities she enjoys to do with her husband, Tom, and their 4 daughters Lynsey, Kadee, Isabella and Sarah. Jodee enjoys drag racing, baking, singing, camping, and spending time with her family.



Juliann Wallace, RN


Juliann attended Idaho State University and AWC. She is a very compassionate person by nature and put the needs of her patients first. She is always on the ball when it comes to her patients needs and concerns. Juliann and her husband have 2 wonderful children and she enjoys gardening, reading, and baking. 

Kathleen Matthews, LPN


Kathleen has worked with Helping Hands for many years and is a wonderful, caring nurse.  She is very knowledgeable in her care with each patient she works with. She loves to laugh and spend time with her wonderful kids and grandkids. Kathleen loves taking trips with her husband and enjoying the time with him.





Physical Therapy

Mick Otto, Physical Therapist


Mick has been a Physical Therapist for 39 years. He has owned his own out patient facility for many years and enjoys his work. He has been working with Helping Hands for over 15 years and is a great asset to the patients with his years of education and training. Mick loves to take time to hunt, fish and especially golf. He attends multiple events for golfing locally and regionally. Mick has 4 grandchildren that he loves to spend time doing fun activities.


Garra Allen, Doctorate of Physical Therapy


Garra has been a PT for 12 years, she graduated from ISU's DPT program. Garra is a compassionate Therapist with great skills. She is a wonderful assest to our Home Health team. 

Amy Wolfe, PTA


Amy has been a PTA for 12 years she gradutating from ISU's PTA program. She loves what she does, and enjoys working with patients to improve their lives. Amy and her husband have 3 daughters that make life fun and exciting. Amy loves doing crafts and home improvements on her house.

Birdie Davis, PTA


We are excited to introduce Birdie as one of our new PTAs. She has many years of working in this profession and is very kind and compasionate. 

Occupational Therapy

Jason Woodbury, OT


We are so excited to have Jason on board with us. He has been an OT for several years and has worked in home health in Idaho Falls. We are glad to have him join our team.




Kaylene Loveland,

Registered Dietitian


 Kaylene is a new addition to our staff and we are excited to have her on our staff. Kaylene is a Registered Dietitian and will be assisting our patients with their diet needs whether it be through education or training to increase their healthy lifestyle choices.

Trina Young, CNA

Trina has been a CNA for 3 years and has worked for Helping Hands for 9 years. She enjoys camping and riding her 4 wheelers. She graduated from Highland High School in 1996. Trina and her Husband of 8 1/2 years have 2 children John, 18 years and Maria, 16 years old. Trina is a compassionate and respectful person. She is well loved by her patients.

Evelyn Morin, CNA

Evelyn has worked with Helping Hands for 7 years and is an amazing and caring person.
